Good coaches, stuck. Then the clients came.

01Before

A big audience that never turned into clients

They already had the audience and they knew they could coach women and get them results. They still sat at 10 to 15 clients for 2 to 3 years. Turning followers into paying clients was the whole problem.

Kimo could make content that got views, likes and followers. What he could not find was the balance. Posts that grow an audience are not the same as posts that show people what you do and why to hire you.

And when leads did come in, the calls were the hard part. He hated the phone and froze when someone pushed back.

02What changed

Someone for every part of it

The turning point was not one clever trick. It was having systems, someone holding them to it, and a specialist for each part of the job. One person for content. One for leads and sales. One for the tech behind it.

Every season of a business brings a different problem. They were not handed information and left to work it out. They could focus on one thing, get good at it, then move to the next. That is what made the launch plan below actually run.

03The content

Every post has a job

Their posts do four jobs. Funny couple videos reach new people. Mom fitness content brings in leads. Their own story builds trust. Client testimonials help people say yes.

04The launch

They wanted 100. They got 150 plus.

Project Baddie: The Comeback ran in September 2026, six weeks, with the full playbook behind it. The sign-up goal was 100. They passed it inside the first week and finished the week at 150+.

A spot cost $39 to $49. That one week brought in what their old launches took a whole season to make. And they did it while still coaching the clients they already had.
